Modifier des hyperliens en batch

Question

Bonjour, j'aimerais savoir si c'est possible de modifier des hyperliens existants par batch ? Ou bien aussi, ajouter des hyperliens par batch ?

En fait, actuellement j'ai un index avec ma liste de pages avec des hyerliens. J'ai ajouté 2 pages à mon document. Je souhaite copie/coller un index déjà updaté pour mes 2 autres documents à modifier (j'en ai 3 en tout).
