multi page pdf script

I am putting together a publication using word documents and pdf files created from powerpoint presentations. I did the same last year and it worked perfectly, however when go to place the pdf docs using place multi page pdf applescript i get the following error

applescript error 1708 - failed to open pdf file

Can anyone help please

perhaps try a jazzier multipage importer which can be found here:

the "failed to open pdf" is ominous though... try the newer script and if still having trouble, holler back.

have you tried importing single pages to see if any of the pdfs bring up a "failed to open pdf" error by themselves?
