Good evening, is it possible to create summaries inside a layout? For example a table of contents for each chapter?

You can generate multiple Tables of Contents. Identify the separate ToCs by naming them a different and separate style name. See it in Layout > Table of Contents.

    I was thinking for example of a table of contents that counts from page 1 to page 50, a second table of contents that counts from page 50 to page 100 etc.
