I used multiply effect on picture. I export interactive pdf and it's correct but I published online the picture has white background. How I can setup?

There were some problems with transparency in Publish Online at one time. But I wonder if you apply Object > Export Options > EPUB and HTML, and set the image to rasterize, if that would help? Some, but not all, of those settings affect Publish Online. See https://indesignsecrets.com/controlling-publish-online-image-resolution.php
