I created a a numbered docuemtt using current page number in Indesign. Normaly for a four part NCR I would tell the printer to just turn off collate and print a quantity of four. However this time the printer needs to pull from differnt drawers so this will not work. I was wondering if there a way either in INdesign or Acrobat to just make four copies of each page. So in other words I would need four copies of page one followed by four copies of page two and so on.

you could create an exported PDF using the following numbering scheme in the export dialog for page numbers:
1,1,1,1,2,2,2,2,3,3,3,3
and so on.
A sequence of all your page numbers should be doable in a couple of minutes:
[1] Do a sequence of numbers in one column in Excel.
[2] Duplicate the column three times.
[3] Import the Excel sheet as table into InDesign
[4] Convert the table to text with a comma as separator for columns and a return for rows.
