My toolbar menu seems to have stopped working?

I use this quite a lot, very handy for setting single-line composer etc.

Just stopped today for some reason, no menu appears.

Any help appreciated.

The first thing I'd do is restore your current workspace. Choose Window > Workspace > Reset [current workspace name].
