Need a script for hyperlinking emails

Hey, folks! I'm looking to hyperlink e-mails in a 200+ page InDesign document for an interactive .PDF. Can someone please point me to a script that will automatically look for any e-mail address and hyperlink it? Thanks in advance!

Actually, can a moderator delete this? I didn't realize that InDesign has the Convert URLs to Hyperlinks option.
