Need a simple script to repeat some action

I need a script to repeat some action. Someone can help please.

1/Auto go to LINK function and select all file xxx.jpg (Just only jpg)

2/ Auto go to RELINK TO FOLDER panel

Then I will choose the image location by myself and I will click on SELECT

3/ Auto go to EXPORT function

This is a simple script and hope you guys can help.
