I upgraded to Mojave and it doesn't seem to work with InDesign 2019 or InDesign 2018. Every time I click or drag anything in InDesign the lag time is 15sec or more.

Is there a new update coming out?

Hi Rashida,

Please try removing preferences and cache of InDesign CC 2019 and try relaunching it.

Preference folder: Hard Drive/Users/<USER>/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/<Version #>/<Language>/

Cache folder: Macintosh: Hard Drive/Users/<USER>/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign/<Version #>/<Language>/

Regards

Hi,

there is a hotfix for CC 2018.1 with OS X 10.10.14 (Mojave) that you have to install yourself.

The fix does not come with the CC Desktop app:

InDesign/InCopy CC 2018 crashes on launch | macOS 10.14 (Mojave) beta

Regards,
Uwe

Have you tried resetting preferences? shift-command-opt-ctrl + open indesign

I just upgraded to Mojave and ID works fine for me…

Thank you, this worked.  I was able to figure out what needed to be deleted from your path.

InDesign SavedData

Users/[user]/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign/Version [version]/InDesign SavedData (Delete InDesign SavedData)

InDesign Defaults

Users/[user]/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign/Version [version]/InDesign Defaults (Delete InDesign Defaults)

Hi Rashida,

I would like to know if the steps suggested above worked for you, or the issue still persists.

Kindly update the discussion if you need further assistance with it.
