Need help with page numbering/layouts

I'm trying to get the table of contents page to be where the numbering starts. I use the method in these screenshots and it works, but it makes it so that the table of contents page is by itself instead of being connected to the "About Us" page. How do i fix this?

You will need to insert a page where you want the TOC panel, then (when "Create TOC" gives you the loaded text cursor) draw the TOC text frame on that page. You can anchor it to prior text if you like, but for print only it's not necessary. You should need to do nothing fancy with sections and page numbering unless you want a new numbering scheme to start on that page.
