New problem deleting old GREP queries!

Explorer ,
Aug 09, 2025 Aug 09, 2025

I want to delete a bunch of GREP queries from my Find/Change list. But when I select a GREP item and click on the 'garbage' icon nothing happens.
I often use GREP queries to clean up Word files before making them into books. I've had no problem until I upgraded to version 20.2.  Now, searching all the Adobe folders on my HD, I can't find one containing the old 'Q' queries.

@Manan Joshi says should fix it

But they're just minature files - see this thread to locate and remove them https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign-discussions/saved-grep-queries-where-do-they-live/m-p/2321271

Thanks so much, Eugene. Your comment re miniature files reminded me that GREP queries are XML files. So I searched again just for XML files and found them here ... C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe InDesign 2025\Presets\Find-Change Queries\Text\en_US.  The offending files have now been removed.  🙂
