No document found error in Online dashboard analytics

It seems like after InDesign 2024 (version 19.1) being automatically updated from InDesign 2023 (version 18.5.1), the historical dashboard analytics are gone from my account even after I reinstalled InDesign 2023 (version 18.5.1) back to my machine.

I followed the guide provided to look for historical data but no luck.

Anyone could advise what's the right procedure to retrieve?

According to the guideline, there should be a button for downloading the historical data but in my page, it shows only No Document found.
