No exciting link in publish online

I want to update a previously published document, but InDesign cannot find it. Recently Published it empty, And the Online Dashboard is also empty. What's going wrong here?

I think I know where the problem is: its between 2 profiles, I switched to a new provider, so I have a new pofile. Problem now is that my online publishing links does not excist anymore. Anyone who knows how to get them back in my new profile? The mailadress I use is the same.

do you have still the same Adobe ID?

If not, you have no access to the publish online projects you have done with the other Adobe ID.

Also check this site to see if something is wrong with one of Adobe's services:

But I can see that currently all services should work as intended.

Hi @marcw36526676 ,

are you logged in with the right Adobe ID? The one you were logged in when the document was created?

In any case, I would suggest to log out of the Creative Cloud Desktop App, restart the machine and log in again.
