No funciona el panel de ayuda

Al pinchar la lupa de arriba a la derecha sale el siguiente error:  "Something went wrong"

"Discover panel encountered an error it could not recover from and needs to be reloaded."

Y si pinchas la opción de "Reloaded discover panel.", no hace nada.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Could you confirm the version of the OS/Illustrator installed and whether this started happening after a recent update so we can better assist you?

Also, try reinstalling Illustrator and running it under Safe Mode (Windows / macOS) and share your observations.

I am a photoshop user and the error is in this program.
I reinstalled and the error persists
