EN INDESIGN NO ME DEJA ESCRIBIR ENCIMA DE UNA FOTO Y POR MÁS QUE BUSCO NO ENCUENTRO LA MANERA DE SOLUCIONARLO.

What do you mean by write over a photo? A screen shot would help.

Do you mean you cannot add a text frame on top of the image, add or release text wrap, or replace the photo? Or something else?

Yes, I mean add a text frame on top of the image! The text frame goes to the back of the photo.

Check to see if the photo has text wrap applied.

And make sure that in the Layers panel the layer you place the text frame on is before the layer that the photo lives on.
