Hello,

The Printer button is not shown in the Print dialog box. So, printer-specific features such as duplex printing are not available.

Thanks a lot.

It could be bad installation. I see five buttons at the bottom of the Print dialog like this:

Try uninstalling InDesign and reinstalling with the Creative Cloud desktop app.

After uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign, the printer button is not shown again. But the printer-specific features are available by clicking on "Format" button (?).

Looks like you're saving a postscript file. If I remember correctly, that would give you a save button but honestly, I haven't even tried to print anything from InDesign since, well, I have never printed anything directly from InDesign.

Export a PDF and print that from Acrobat.

well, I have never printed anything directly from InDesign.

When I print to postscript I still get the 5 buttons but with Page Setup... and Printer... grayed out. But, the OP isn't choosing PostScript File as the Printer.

So on Windows are the print driver's options under Setup...?

Maybe the OP is coming from OSX and is looking for the driver specific options, which are under Printer... on a Mac.

Yes, the print driver's options are available by clicking on Format/Setup button; then, after choosing the printer, I click on "Préférences" button and it's ok.

Okay, just for giggles I checked the print dialog. The second button in English is Set up which I assume translates to Format. Click on that to get your printer options. It may give you an alert to set the options in InDesign but you can ignore that.

BobLevine, rob day, thanks a lot for your assistance.

I will indeed click on the "format" button to get my printer options or export a PDF and print from Acrobat.

I will try asap deleting InDesign caches folder. When I print to postscript, the "format" button is also grayed out.

Have you tried deleting your InDesign caches folder? Interface problems often can be solved by resetting caches.
