New Here ,
Dec 07, 2022 Dec 07, 2022

No estoy pudiendo empaquetar mi documento, ya intenté 3 veces y el programa no me deja hacerlo.

Se congela siempre en la parte de "comprobación preliminar del sistema de color.

Saben cómo lo puedo solucionar?

Could you please provide the exact version of InDesign and operating system that you are using. Also, please provide details as to the content of your document. For instance are there extremely large Photoshop or Illustrator files imported into the document that may be causing a jam. What kind of fonts are you using? For best results you should be using Open type fonts. The more specifics you provide the more likely it is that a solution can be found for your problem.

Sure, it is the newest one, 2023.
The operation system is MacOS Monterey 12.3.1
The document doesnt contain photos - nor photoshop or illustrator imported.
Im using one adobe font, and one that is from another type foundry.

If it's just text - do you use some extra plugins? For indexes, footnotes, equations, complicated tables, etc.?

No, any of that!
It always freezes in the same part - something about color.

Try to export your document as JPEG files - maybe this will somehow trigger the problem and you'll be able to pinpoint the problematic part of the document ?

Also, does this happen with just a particular document or every document? If it's a particular document then it might be corrupted, in such as case exporting to IDML and then resaving to INDD could be tried.

Try to export your document as IDML, then open this IDML file and save with new name and then try again on this new INDD file.

I tried that but the same thing happens. It freezes while making the package every time.

Sometimes a corruption is in one page. You could try the "Divide and Conquer" trick of saving half the pages until you narrow down to the bad actor. It is summed up here.

Why waste time doing it manually - when you can export document as JPEGs and page after last one exported is the location of the problem?
