Object anchored to a text

Hello, I've anchored an object to a text, I've backed the object but the first line goes below the object. I don't understand why

This is how it works, if you want text wrap on all lines, anchor the object in the (empty) paragraph before (above) the parapgraph you want it in.

This. An anchored object must be at least slightly below the anchor point. It can be a frustrating and limiting problem when you want a graphic at the top of a page, but there are workarounds as long as you understand the requirement.
