Hi there,

Option + drag is no longer copying items in my indesign files. This happened immediate after updating my Mac to Monterey. Has anyone else had this issue? I have tried quitting and restarting, that doesnt work.

Typo in suggestion 2: It should read: " If possible, turn OFF all applications which load themselves automatically, OPEN INDESIGN first, and try Option + dragging now."

I'd suggest two things: First, after installing a new update like that, it's often helpful to restore your InDesign preferences and caches. Here's how:

Adobe InDesign: Rebuilding Preferences and Cache Fileshttps://www.rockymountaintraining.com › adobe-indesi...

If that doesn't work, reboot your computer. If possible, turn all applications which load themselves automatically, OPEN INDESIGN first, and try Option + dragging now. If it works, then there may be an application, or browser extension you're running which is capturing modifer keystrokes.

Welp, rebooting work! I feel silly I didn't try that first, but the computer had already just restarted when the issue began so I didn't think to do that.

Thank for the help. Is there a way to check which installed apps or browser extensions capture modifier keystrokes?
