How can I install InDesign on osx Catalina no more upgradable? Thanks.

In addition to all other advices:

I know that many users successfully install newer systems on unsupported Macs by using OpenCore Legacy Patcher:

https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/

In which case you should be able to use the latest InDesign versions.

I personally don't have any experience with this and only post it as a general info which you may or may not find useful. If you want to know more I recommend to check forums on MacRumors.com - there are many active discussions on OCLP there.

Read about this many times but never tried so far. Would love to know the experiences of someone who tried it.

Almost nill chances of getting anything from Adobe. This may be opposite to what you want but if you downgrade your MAC to something that can run 2019 then you can get the 2019 installer from prodesigntools.com website.

Catalina will run 2022 and I wouldn't write off Adobe giving the OP an installer so fast. It's not that old a version.

The OP should absolutely contact Adobe before doing anything else.

Contact Adobe directly and see if they'll supply you with an older version installer. Don't count on anything here. If you can't get a Mac past Catalina, the computer must be about 10 years old.

It's time to go shopping for a new computer.
