I am creating a recipe book. My problem is simple :
I have parent pages for the recipes.
For each recipe, i want to edit the text and the images. But, i want the recipe (child) page to still be link to the parent page. For exemple, each recipe have of course different title and images, but I want to be able to modify the color of of the title in one time.
How can i do that ? If i want to change the title to edit the recipe I have to override the parent pages, and then the title isn't linked at all to the parent page anymore. Same for pictures, I want to have different picture on each recipe but be able to change the size of all of the pictures of the recipe all at once for example
Thanks for your help !

You should never put content text on the master. The master is for page numbers, running headers, but not for content.
If yyou want to have a good starter, make a Library or CC Library element and put it on the page where you need it.
Overridein styles do either with specific Paragraph Styles or use Character Styles.
For the picture size work withobject styles. You can change theier size via changing the style.
