Paginación invertida

Estoy trabajando en un libro doble, de esos que tienen dos obras —una al derecho y otra al revés— cuyos finales se encuentran en el centro.  El impresor me pide entregarlas tal cual se va a imprimir, el problema es que InDesign y Acrobat Pro me permite voltear las páginas a 180º, pero no las reordena para que la última sea la primera y viceversa. ¿Alguien sabe cómo hacerlo para no hacerlo a mano y evitar errores?

in acrobat:

- extract all pages > "Extraxt pages as separate files"

- File > Create > "Combine Files into a single file"

- at the top of the left of the combine dialog bof click "Add Files" and select all pages created before

- click on arrow at the top on left to rearrange the pages in reverse order

- click "Combine Files"
