Palettes are not populating correctly?

My Color palette is not viewing correctly and I'm not seeing any details in my Character palette when I have text highlighted. This only happened since the most recent update.

Try resetting your preferences:Windows: Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.macOS: While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign.
