The missing Pantone thread was understandably locked, but Pantone has a page where they explicitly state that the Pantone Book libraries can be shared:
This is from Pantone's help page:
While PANTONE Color Manager is single-user, the PANTONE libraries may be shared with other users without license restriction.

Thanks for the reiteration!
I've just posted a thread on the same topic. Hopefully the moderator will realise how self-defeating that was for Adobe.

I've unlocked the original thread again since I think it's clearly documented that Pantone allows sharing libraries.

Hi Rob,
Bumping this thread concerning the removal of Pantone from Adobe this month. I use Colour Bridge (U&C) for almost all client work as CMYK production is the default these days, and matching for the screen is now the priority.
I haven't used a spot colour since forever.
Do you know where I could find a complete .ase file of the entire coated and uncoated swatch library?
I don't want to pay £60 a year for the privilege of using an app for colour books that cost me £400.
Thanks,
Will

I think the Bridge .acb Bridge libraries are a problem, Pantone never published the expected output press profile and there are significant color inconsistencies with their device dependent CMYK values.
They seem to have posted a vague discription of the intended press conditions with the Pantone Connect extension and improved the CMYK values, but in general I think you are better off making a color manged conversion from the Lab solid colors to the destination CMYK profile. For more see see this thread:

If you really want Bridge CMYK send me a private message—I have the libraries from 2018.

Here’s an exmple showing the Bridge incosistencies, which are most obvious with neutral colors. The column on the left is an InDesign CMYK conversion from the Lab Solid color to document CMYK (Coated GRACoL), the Lab color (center), which is not affected by document color profiles, and the Bridge CMYK (right).

Thanks for the info, Rob.
I still haven't found a workflow that works for my clients or me. I thought Bridge was the answer.
It looks like I've got some research to do.
