Paragraph style advice please

Hi, thanks for reading.

I would like to copy text from a heading in ID file template A into a contents page with a smaller font size into ID template file B, but not import the heading style ie it should convert to the smaller font size in ID file B.

When you paste, choose Edit > Paste Without Formatting (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+V)

Your pasted text will shed the Paragraph Style copied and take on the formatting in effect at the insertion point.
