Patent appears on a page that doesn't need to appear

I`ve been exportings these books i'm trying to make, but for some reason when I export it, it appears me these type of errors:

But on other page it appears correctly, how it should be:

 So my question is: ¿How can I fix the error? ¿Should I duplicate the main document and do the work again? ¿ or what way can it be fixed?
