PDF coming in at wrong size

Hello,

I have a problem in 18.5 on only one of our offices computers.
When we bring in a PDF that is 5x4 for example, it makes the W x H 5 x 2.3104.
When checking the PDFs crop, bleed, art and trim boxes, they are all 5x4.
The computer is running Windows 10 Pro - 22H2.

I have tested this on other computers with the same file and do not get this issue.
We installed 18.4 & restarted the computer and returned the same results.

Any help is appreciated

    When using File>Place

    Click the Show Options

    This will give you the option to pick the Visible Layers Only, All layers, trim, crop, bleed etc. 

     

    And you can preview the Place before committing.
