pdf correction comments and yellow markings is shown in final pdf

Please help me get rid of unwanted comments and yellow markings ind my pdf files.

When I get pdf with comments and yellow markings I cut and past the text corrections into the InDesign file. It works fine in the InDesign file, but in some cases the corrections is shown in the finished pdf file generated from the InDesign document. I myself can not see it in my pdf, but It looks like this:

Can I alter a setting or something like that and get rid of the unwanted comments in the finished pdf generated from InDesign?
