Picture box is visible when we view that pdf in Wireframe in pitstop

Hi ALL:

I created the PDF from the attached Indesign file, it shows picture box around the trim, but actually there is no any frame or box in InDesign. But if I see that PDF in Wireframe view in pitstop I see some picturebox. Please let us know how that comes in PDF without any object or frame in InDesign. I attached screenshot for your reference

I also placed all the supporting files in the below link for reference Indesign file, PDf and video

It's not a picture box, it's a PDF construction called a form that is created by Indesign on output.

You can see this in the PitStop Inspector.

It's nothing to worry about.

Detected: If delete this wireframe by pitstop "select object" then wireframe deletes with word "test".
