Placeholder Text (Lorem ipsum) - unable to select in InDesign

Hi there

Do I need to import or download the placeholder text from "somewhere" so it becomes available for selection under "Type"?  It is greyed out at the moment.

    Well I feel pretty silly now 🙂  I was trying to put it in a rectangle - not a Text box.
