Placing a Word document inside of my InDesign document without hyphenating on

I have been working on getting my styles in Word to match my InDesign styles. This way when I put my word document into my InDesign file it goes smoothly.

I have most of it narrowed down now. There are two things that puzzle me that I can’t figure out. I will only talk about the one right now.

When I import my Word document into InDesign the hyphenate is on. I don’t want the document to be imported with the hyphenate on.

How can I make sure that it imports and hyphenate is turned off after it gets imported?

Never mind. I figure it out. It was a pharagragh style issue.

Check definition of styles in the InDesign - before you import your WORD documents.
