Plugin installation stuck

Hello,

 

Since last week I'm trying to install the 'translater PRO' plugin from the Creative Cloud. I've tried a couple of times but in remains in 'installing plugin'. Even over the weekend, no result. Error code is 1002 but credentials were given. 

 

I've tried all the troubleshoot I could find; re-installing everything, rebooting, the lot. It is starting to drive me crazy, since my colleague on the same company sub installed it in no time. 

 

I have a brand new HP z-book, which is well qualified, no, it's not ARM. 

 

Can you please tell me what else to do? This is so frustrating.

is this for acrobat pro?

Hello @kglad ,

 

No, it is for indesign only (as far as I know).

 

It is working with my colleagues pc, so the plugin is not the issue I guess. I've tried to install other plugins (ean-code generator and a pantone connect thing (as test)). They all are not working and remain stuck in 'install mode' with the blue loading wheel.

  1. The exact version of InDesign you're using (e.g., 19.0, 20.0)?
  2. Your operating system version (e.g., Windows 11, macOS)?

As part of the troubleshooting process, please try reinstalling the Creative Cloud Suite by following the steps provided in the article and let us know if this resolves the issue.

Indesign version: 20.0.1 x64

OS: Windows 11 Business, version 24H2.

 

I have firstly repaired CC, than reinstalled it but the issue remained the same.
