Print one page, multiple times, on one sheet

Is this even a thing in InDesign?  I can create a single sign (or business card) and duplicate it on 1 page in Publisher.  No extra steps of saving to pdf then reprinting or pasting pages onto a new sheet.  Hard to believe that as expensive and fancy InDesign is, it doesn't have this simple tool in it that Publisher has.  The thumbnail feature is not print ready.  The tile option is not what I was thinking it was.  Even doing business cards then printing to Avery 10-up paper is not achieved in InDesign with out multiple steps.  Am I missing something?

Yes, you might experiment with Edit > Step and Repeat or else take your PDF into Acrobat, which has a n-up printing feature. Believe it or not, many experienced folks avoid printing directly from InDesign.
