Printing error: Problem with initializing....

Hi

I had the same issue as the one below.

Printing error: Problem with initializing the current printer. Check the print settings of the syste...

I followed the steps provided:

1. Go to File-> click Print Presets

2. click Define -> click Edit

3. Change Printer: If it was Postscript files or PDF change to -> Default Printer(or actual printer that you have).

4. Click OK button Click OK button again.

5. go to Print Booklet and Click Print Settings

6. Change Printer: Adobe PDF and print...

Presets Edit is already set to default printer. There is no other option. And I still got the error.

However, when I just go to print the document (ctl + p) and change the preset there to default from custom, my default printer pops up, which I change to pdf but then I have to readjust the page size.

This adjustment does not stay when I close it and reopen it and try it again.

What can I do?

Hi armands appealtech,

As per your query when you try to print with default printer it gives you error "Printing error: Problem with initializing".

In that case please try updating or installing printer drivers once again and check how it works.
