Bonjour,
Merci d'avance !!
Hi @ivarex,
Thank you for trying the reset, and I’m sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting. I completely understand how frustrating this must be!
Before reinstalling, could you try zooming in and out or scrolling in your document when the screen goes gray to see if that helps refresh the display?
Additionally, try switching between "GPU Preview" and "CPU Preview" (you can do this by going to "View > Screen Mode > CPU Preview" and switching back after). Let me know if that makes any d
...Hi @ivarex,
No problem at all, thank you for getting back to me! I'm really glad to hear that disabling GPU performance helped resolve the issue, though I understand how frustrating it must be that the problem returns when re-enabling it.
Since the issue seems related to GPU performance, it might be worth checking if your GPU drivers are up to date or adjusting the settings under 'Preferences > GPU Performance' to see if tweaking those options improves the display.

Hello @ivarex,
Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the display issues you're experiencing with InDesign on your MacBook Pro. That definitely sounds frustrating!
Could you please share which version of InDesign and macOS you're using? It would also be really helpful if you could share a screen recording of the workflow you follow leading up to the issue. This will help us better understand the problem.
As a potential workaround, I recommend trying to reset the InDesign preferences (by holding down Shift + Control + Option + Command while starting InDesign) to see if it resolves the display issue when disconnecting from external screens.
Let me know if this helps, and I'll be happy to assist further!
Best,
Abhishek Rao

Bonjour @Abhishek Rao
