Hi @smooth_Flamingo3363,

Thanks for reaching out. The error messages suggest that InDesign is unable to access some linked files. Could you check if all linked assets are available and not missing or stored on an external or network drive? Try relinking the missing files and ensuring they are accessible locally. If you're working with a cloud service, download the files to your local machine before packaging. Moreover, try saving your file as IDML, opening that IDML, and trying packaging again. Let me know how it goes!

I've checked that everything is accessible and that is connected but still the same problem.
I've saved it as IDML but some images are grey, why?

If you get grey images in a IDML file, it means that InDesign can't create the preview of the images, and if InDesign can't create previews, it is because there are missing links in your file. Check the original file and look at the links panel.

So, then i have to link again the grey images and then try again to make the package?

Yes, but you can do this in the original file. Did you check it as I suggested?

What do you see in the links panel of the original file? All links are OK? No question marks icons? No exclamation marks icons?

Where are saved the links? And the InDesign file? On your hard disk? On a remote server?

Can you post a screenshot of the links panel?

Other idea: did you try to package the file in another folder?
