Hi,
I have a question - I have downloaded the free trial of InDesign but I started having problems with the program. It said that InDesign appears to be damaged and that I should download it again, so I did that, but now it says that my free trial has run out of time, which is not true as I still have some days left.
Ideas? Thanks so much for your help!

You're probably out of luck unless you can find another computer to do the trial on. Installing again made the think you had expired the trial.
The trial system is pretty lousy! Limited to 7 days anyway. And they count from when you did the download, not when you started using it.
Wish I could offer more help but that's pretty much it. You could pay for a month-to-month subscription for InDesign and cancel after one month.

Just 7 days instead of 30? Oh man 😕 Maybe that's why the program wasn't working after a few days anymore ?
Well yeah if that's the only solution I'm probably choosing the 1 month payment. Thanks anyways

They changed the trial length within the last year, as I recall. Many of us complained but it did no good.

Have you tried logging in as another user?

Scott, my understanding is that the trial software looks at the hardware signature of the computer so creating a new user isn't helpful.
Otherwise, you could keep creating new users to keep using the software.
