Problem with Malayalam Lanaguage

I have several issues with the Malayalam language used in Kerala, India, particularly because all my work is in Malayalam. When I use the Bullets and Numbering option, the text does not display correctly. Additionally, when I type on a path, many texts and glyphs are missing.

Could you confirm which version of InDesign and the details of your operating system? Also, does this issue happen in all your files, or is it specific to certain documents?  

It would be helpful if you could test this in a newly created document and let me know if the problem still occurs. If possible, could you also share a screen recording of the workflow till the issue or screenshots showing what isn’t displaying correctly and the missin text and glyphs? Looking forward to your update!

Thanks for confirming the InDesign and OS version. To help me understand the issue better, could you share a bit more about what exactly goes wrong when you say the text doesn't display correctly with Bullets and Numbering?

Also, does this happen across all your files or only in specific ones? If you haven’t tried already, please test it in a new document and let me know if the issue still occurs. A quick screen recording or a few screenshots showing what’s happening would be really helpful too.
