Probleme mit den Öffnen und Aktualisieren von InDesign Büchern seit dem letzten Update

Hi,

Seit dem letzten Update von InDesign haben wir vermehrt Probleme mit dem Öffnen zuvor erstellter InDesign-Bücher. Im schlimmsten Fall sind die verknüpften Dokumente nach dem Versuch der Aktualisierung kaputt, d.h. ihre Dateigröße wir mit 0 MB angegeben und die Dateien lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen. Das Problem tritt insbesondere dann auf, wenn auf Dateien zugegriffen wird, die auf dem Daten-Server abgelegt sind. Kopiert man die InDesign Daten (Kapitel und Buch) auf den Desktop, aktualisiert und verknüpft diese dann neu, kann man das Problem umgehen. Es bedeutet aber einen enormen zeitlichen Mehraufwand. Was kann die Ursache für dieses Problem sein und wie kann man es beheben?

Since the last update of InDesign, we have had more and more problems with opening previously created InDesign books. In the worst case, the linked documents are broken after the update attempt, i.e. their file size is indicated as 0 MB and the files can no longer be opened. The problem occurs especially when files are accessed that are stored on the data server. If the InDesign data (chapter and book) is copied to the desktop, updated and linked again, the problem can be avoided. However, it means an enormous additional expenditure of time. What could be the cause of this problem and how can it be solved?

What sort of server are you using?

Probably check that the OS has proper access to the drive where the files are stored.
