Problems uploading Indesign/pdf documents to SharePoint

I have problems to upload pdf exported from InDesign in SharePoint if I have a pevious version of that document (with the same name) and if the InDesign version is not the same. There are especially problems to upload pdf:s exported from Indesign ver 14.0.1 on top of pdf:s exported from other Indesign versions.

Any workaround for this ?

Hi Sven,

Sorry to hear about this. I would request if you can try saving PDF to Desktop and then upload to Sharepoint and let us know if that helps.

We are already downloading to desktop.

When we have tried to upload different versions on top of each other we got this result:

Under\On top	2017	2018 v 13	2018 v 14
2017	X	X	-
2018 v 13	X	X	-
2018 v 14	-	-	X

X = Uploaded a new version

- = Failed with error: "A file with an equivalent name exists."

We have done some tests and it does not seem to be version problem but rather a problem with difference in Metadata.
