Problems with InDesign, keeps freezing on startup

Hi Adobe Community.

I have a problem with my InDesign (v. 19.4). on Windows 10 (22H2)
When I try to open InDesign, 9 out of 10 times it freeze and I need to close the application from task manager, before I can try again.

It doesn't matter if I try to open a file or only InDesign in Adobe CC, its the same problem.
I feel like I have tried everything.

Uninstall and Install

I think the Adobe support is terrible, if you compare the product with the price.....
