Hi Mike.
Thanks for that!
Can you maybe be more specific about, what I should try to do? Or what the problem can be?

You could try resetting the InDesign settings back to the factory defaults:
1) Close InDesign
2) Double click on Adobe InDesign's icon to launch it
3) QUICKLY hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift. (for Windows) or CTL+OPT+CMD+Shift (for Mac OS X)
4) When a dialogue appears, asking you “Delete InDesign Preference Files?” Click Yes.
If you don't see the question repeat the procedure again.

Maybe consider using the Adobe Cleaner Tool to clear out possible application conflicts:

Hi @Theis Bjerrum37056331a24q,
I'm sorry to hear about the persistent freezing issue you're facing with Adobe InDesign. Let's try a couple more troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve this.
First, try running Adobe InDesign in safe mode or in a new administrator account on your computer. This will help determine if the issue is related to any conflicting software or settings on your current user account.
Additionally, you may want to check for any pending updates for your operating system and reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, as sometimes updates can address known issues and improve compatibility.
If none of these steps help resolve the issue, please let us know, and we'll explore further options to assist you.
Best regards,
Anshul Saini

The article I referenced helps you ask the right questions to help isolate the problem. Then, the article attempts to present an exhaustive list of things you can try. Your likely focus would begin with resetting InDesign, although that includes 4 subtly different degrees of how you go about it.

Hi Harshika
Thanks for the email, the problem is still there sometimes.
Today it was for Photoshop, and Illustrator works just fine.
I have tried to follow crash dump guide, but there is no folder in %localAppdata%\Packages\ named Adobe.CC.XD_adky2gkssdxte\AC\Dumps
There is attached some pictures with this email.
With kind regards / Best Regards
Theis Bjerrum Pedersen
