Publication Analytics doesn't work

Hi there,

I can access to my dashboard, where I can see my published pdf from adobe indesign:https://indd.adobe.com/dashboard.

But I can't see the post analytics, it's running endlessly. 

Could you fix this issue please, I use this for my feedback, it's part of my job.

    Publication Analytics have never consistently worked. The problem has been reported to forum, accompanied with the obligatory suggestion to file a bug report

        I've always had this issue with the analytics feature for years. It's never given me anything past 90 days. I've gone back and forth with support and still nothing. I'm currently waiting for support to call me back.
