Hello, we are currently trying to update an existing published online document but it tells us there are no document to update ? The publish online dashboard is empty ? But we have published this document in the past ? What's going on ?

P.S. Also, how do we update a document published on another account ? (let's say a colleague is on vacation ?)

Trying signing out of your CC account and back in to fix the dashboard, assuming it used to have previous documents listed. The only user who can updated Publish Oneline files is the original poster. It dosen't seem to work. It is even worst... The loggin screen flashes when we try to see the online dashboard 😞

What's strange is that only one team member can't see her documents in her Publish Online Dashboard ?? But when she hover the "recentkly published" menu... A list of document appears ?? Really need help for this one 😞

I am not currently having trouble viewing my Publish Online dashboard.
You cannot update a document created by another user's account.
Would be a nice feature, though, you can request here: https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601021-adobe-indesign-feature-requests/category/209239-publish...

Just tried Chrome Version 102.0.5005.61 (Official Build) (x86_64) on Mac, and the dashboard list is there.
Getting analytics is another matter. Takes way too long, but that has been reported many times. And it sounds like you can see your list of documents even?

Still doesn't work for one of our team member. And she needs to update a version by tomorrow... We cannot send a new Url to our client. This is very frustrating. Can anyone from adobe help ? Thank you
