Publish Online #23 kommt ständig wieder

New Here ,
Sep 04, 2024 Sep 04, 2024

VG, Simone

Hello @Simone_F_kreaSion,

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with Publish Online.

To assist you better, could you please let me know which version of InDesign and operating system you are using?

Given the error you're encountering, it might be helpful to try converting the videos to a different format, perhaps using a different tool, and see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, you could attempt to upload a smaller version of the document to check if the file size might be contributing to the problem.

If the issue persists, please feel free to share the .indd file with us for further testing.

Looking forward to your response.

Thank you,
Abhishek Rao

Hi @Abhishek Rao ,

vielen Dank für deine Antwort! Wie kann ich eine kleinere Version hochladen? Kann man das bei Publish Online einstellen? Ich nutze Adobe Indesign 2024 auf Windows 11.

Hi @Simone_F_kreaSion,

Thank you for the update. To upload a smaller version, you can try the following:

1. Save a copy of your document and remove some content or pages to create a smaller version.
2. Compress or resize images and videos to reduce their file size.

Unfortunately, Publish Online doesn’t have a built-in option to set file size limits before uploading. Testing with a smaller version helps identify if file size is causing the issue.

If the problem continues, please share the .indd file with us for further investigation.

Best,
Abhishek Rao
