Hi @dave5DCA,

There was a major outage of AWS yesterday due to that Creative Cloud services were also disrupted which caused the issue that you mention.

Many Adobe servers depend on the services of Amazon AWS. Amazon AWS has been having a widespread outage on the East Coast of North America:

Hi,

I've been using InDesign for a while now, but all of a sudden, when I want to publish online, I get a message saying " You cannot use this feature right now. Please check your network connectivity" Needless to say, my network connection works just fine...

This feature has worked just fine for me up until this morning, does anybody have an idea how to fix it? I tried signing out and in, as well as the standard computer restart...

Thanks in advance.

I can't use post online because of this message, and I had previously uploaded a job, I need to view it and it won't allow me.

I'm having the same issue. I read somewhere that in May there was a cloud outage which caused the same problem. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Suddenly anyone accessing anything we we have published on line gets the message 'Document Not Found' and if I try to publish something new, I get the message 'Service Not Availabiloty - Check Network Availability' although the internet is working fine. Adobe told me earlier today that there is a fault affecting all users, but I can't see any evidence of that at all on the web. Any guidance?

With thanks,

Larry
