Publish online - links are missing pictures

I was experiecing this error and have updated to 23 version, removed proxy server and use external wifi. But still using link to social media the pictures are missing ? How can i fix this problem ? Most recent link is Prysmian Ecolabel listede kabler gif (adobe.com) but also older links don't work either.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please share the version of the Operating system and is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
