Publish Online - PDF wont download

Hello - I am using the Publish online in indesign, which is great, however I am suddenly unable to download the pdf whilst viewing on line.

It used to work but now when you click on download it goes to a page that says bad error.

The 'enable viewer to down load pdf' box is checked

I have tried starting a fresh document and the same thing happens

Clients have tried to download but it still gor to the bad error page

Does anyone have any ideas?

I have tried to chatting to a support advisor and no one seems able to help, I have also tried calling the 800 number and I am told that the number is incorrect.
