Publish Online working slow

Hi everyone. Is anybody experiencing bad loading times with adobe publish online? For the las 24h all my documents take a very long time to load. They've been working fine all week.

I'm also having slow load times. Started a few days ago. On all of my published files.

A friend told me they're also having the same issue, and have contacted Adobe. Adobe said they are aware of the problem and are "working on it". 

This is bad for business and I have already had clients complain.

Welcome to the slow-loaders club, it’s a depressing, time-wasting place I’m

Had same problem for 41 days now - pretty sure support operate as a fence to getting issues resolved. Worn out with it really!

Hello,

 

I'm experiencing the same exact issue across all my online pubblication in the dashboard. They all worked fine but now everything has been increadibly slow at loading for the past few days.

For the last days I've checked the adobe status page anda lot of maintenance over the cloud has been made. Looks like they are downgrading servers to sabe some money or something. I Contact them to try and see if I could pay for extra server capacity or something, but they keep telling me everithing is ok, and to log out and in. Started using the in5 plugin and its really good. Easy export options and very easy to upload to your server.

Hi there,
Depends what you’re using In5 for. In terms of animation I found it
lacking, but they may improve the exporting to keep animations active?

Yes, projects load extremely slow, and videos lag and pause.

Yet another reason to not depend on a third-party publishing server platform like Adobe and switch to a tool like In5 which allows for publising to your own web server and take back control.

  1. The version of InDesign & OS.
  2. Is this happening on a specific browser or multiple browsers?
  3. Could you please share a sample published link?

Hi!

Indesign: 17.4

Macos: 12.6 // 64gb Apple m1 max

 

This week they were all working fine, but since the las 24h it's been slowing down, like if the server had been downgraded or something.

2. Yes I've tried in multiple browsers, computers, phones...
