Hi all,

I've been trying to generate 1 qr code that can bring users to both apple store and google play store. i cannot use 3rd party qr code generator that redirects somewhere else before the appstores.

notice indesign only can add 1 hyperlink? is there anyway to add 2 hyperlinks for 1 qrcode only?

i tried scanning 1 qr code i found in publication and it brings me to both app store and google play store. i attached a screenshot showing a redirect to c00.adobe.com, does anyone know what it means?

A QR code’s one hyperlink can go to a page which looks at browser info. So this page, created by a web programmer, can redirect according to the user platform.

Having the QR code that worked for you would help us with this solution. Once we have the visual QR code to look at, we can then take it into an application such as https://www.the-qrcode-generator.com/scan and then find out exactly what the QR code's syntax is to find out how it works.
