Hello,
I recently tried creating a new Indesign document and browsing the free Adobe Stock templates available under the Print and Web tabs. However, while the documents appear to be there no thumbnails appear (see attached screenshot); nor can I preview them by clicking on them.
While I can download and open them, this isn't very useful as I'm unable to effectively browse them (at least from within InDesign's New Document window).
BTW I'm using the most recent version of InDesign (v 18.1).
Hi All,
Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this process. We're pleased to inform you that the latest release of InDesign 18.4 addresses this issue and should provide a resolution for you. If the update is available in your country, we kindly request that you install it and let us know if the problem is resolved.
We genuinely appreciate your cooperation and will continue to support you in any way we can.
Thanks,
Harshika

Seems to be working for me on my old 2021 installation as well. Check if your InDesign installation has access to internet, sometimes firewall applications block it and we are unaware about it.

Thanks for your response Manan. My internet access is fine, as I've been able to check for downloads, access other Adobe features of my subscription and so forth.
Interestingly, this also happens with PhotoShop templates, but after I have downloaded a template (while not being able to view a thumbnail or preview it), then the thumbnail (but not preview) are visible.

Well what I meant is that if the InDesign app is blocked or not. In such a case other Adobe apps etc would work fine but InDesign would have issues making connections back home. I have my firewall configured like this where I block most of the applications and allow a connection only on my explicit consent, hence I suggested if this could be the case on your end and you might not be aware of it. However, it seems your case has some other dimensions to it, did you try clearing preferences/cache or probably a reinstall. If possible confirm the behaviour on another computer as well to make sure this ain't a bug(I don't have an installation of 2023 yet so can't confirm).
